1. All payments are final and non-refundable.
2. Subscription renewal is manual, and no automatic renewal requests will be initiated by datascrub.ai.

1. Users must maintain accurate and up-to-date account details.
2. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
   1. Using the service for illegal activities or violating applicable regulations.
   2. Spamming, fraud, or any unauthorized marketing activities.
   3. Reselling or misrepresenting data obtained through datascrub.ai.

1. Retention of Uploaded Files: The duration for which uploaded files are retained depends on the user’s subscription plan.
2. User Responsibility: Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the data they upload to the platform.

2. While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee the accuracy of processed data beyond the available sources and tools used.
